We strive to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving and verifying your order and payment information. Generally, this means your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends) after we receive your order. Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the checkout process or any other order irregularity. To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you enter during our online checkout process before submitting your order.

Backorders - our inventory is real time, however no matter how updated we keep it, some products can be sold out from time to time. If this is the case you'll be contacted by our support team and you'll be given the chance to cancel the order (before your credit card is charged) or wait until we re-stock the product.
